The kitchen is, arguably, the heart of the home. After all, it’s the place where family and friends gather to enjoy meals and spend quality time together! So it’s no secret that the kitchen is a major selling point for any home on the market.
The kitchen should not only be functional and comfortable, but it should also look updated and well taken care of. One of the biggest signs that a kitchen hasn’t been updated recently is the cabinets. Scratched, dull wood and outdated hardware are dead giveaways! But replacing cabinetry is very costly and time consuming. The quick fix? Paint!
There are tons of options for painting your cabinets. One is to stick with a natural look and choose a great stain. We love this rich, dark color:

Or, you could choose a color! If you decide to take this route, just be careful to keep it to a neutral color so that it will appeal to as many buyers as possible. We love this muted green from Mythic Paint:
And there you have it! A quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive way to update your kitchen. Happy selling!
